Dr. Constantine Spyropoulos gave an invited talk at the 19th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence (ICTAI) that took place in Patras, Greece, between 29 and 31 of October. The topic of the talk was “Knowledge acquisition from multimedia documents using evolving ontologies”. 

 A meeting took place on the 23rd of October in Monaco with the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) on the potential collaboration for a pilot case study, as well as the use of IAAF content for research purposes.
